Online Return Policy
If you are looking to return a non-parts purchase, please refer to the appropriate return policy.
- APPAREL: We accept returns for exchange or refund within 30 calendar days after delivery of the product. Restocking fee of 20% may apply and original shipping paid is non-refundable. Items must be in “new, unaltered and unused condition”. Definition of new, unaltered and unused condition is:
- without showing signs of wear or damage in any way.
- within 30 calendar days of the delivery date.
- CONDITIONS FOR PARTS RETURNED: Returns request must be submitted within 30 calendar days of delivery date. The purchased item must be in its original condition, which means, new and unused. It must be in its original packaging, unopened and uninstalled. All original materials supplied with the item must be included.
We reserve the right to refuse any return at management’s discretion.
- RETURN PROCESS: To initiate a return, submit a written return request via email to norcaldiesel0073@gmail.com. In your email, include your full name, your contact information (i.e., email and phone number), order number, and a reason for the return. Failure to submit this information may result in your return not being processed/approved. Please allow 10 business days for your return request to be processed.
Once approved, you will receive an email notification with instructions on shipping and packaging of your item.
- RESTOCKING FEE: A restocking fee will be applied to all returns, except for items that are returned due to a defect. The restocking fee is 20% (or the maximum amount permitted by law, whichever is less), this covers the cost of inspecting, repackaging, and restocking items.
- Exchanges: We allow exchanges for items of equal value. Items being exchanged will still go through a quality check upon receival to ensure we can do an exchange. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs on returns and exchanges, unless the item received was shipped incorrectly or damaged on arrival. If an item is damaged or shipped incorrectly by us, please contact customer service immediately.
- EXCEPTIONS: Clearance items, final sales, perishable items, and gift cards are not eligible for return/exchange.
- PAYMENTS: Once a return is processed, you will be issued a refund in the original form of payment minus shipping and handling fees. If the original form of payment is unavailable store credit may be issued at our discretion.
